Us
Shamballa Café and Coffee Roasters, Inc. is located at the four corners in Baldwinsville, NY, a sleepy little town located 15 miles northwest of Syracuse. We are open seven days a week and offer live music and open mic nights every Thursday.
Shamballa
opened September 2, 2006 under the watchful eye and fervent dedication of owners
Emmet and Jean Simpson. The Simpsons began their coffee adventure by roasting
their own beans at home. They found home roasted coffee to be incredibly
delicious and decided to share their discovery with the community at large.
We recently moved to our new location at 11 W. Genesee St., inside The Book Cellar, just around the corner from our old 34 Oswego St. storefront.
