Us
Shamballa Café and Coffee Roasters, Inc. is located at the four corners in Baldwinsville, NY, a beautiful village located on the Seneca River at Lock 24 of the Erie Canal Waterway System, just 15 miles northwest of Syracuse. We are open seven days a week and offer live music and open mic nights every Thursday.
Shamballa
opened September 2, 2006 under the watchful eye and fervent dedication of owner
Emmet Simpson. Emmet began his coffee adventure by roasting
his own beans at home. He found home roasted coffee to be incredibly
delicious and decided to share his discovery with the community at large.
In August of 2009 we moved to our new location at 11 W. Genesee St., inside The Book Cellar, just around the corner from our old 34 Oswego St. storefront.
